Welcome to my world of handmade jewerly, Moonland! 

My name is Lill Ann and I'm from Hinnòya, a beautiful island in the north of Norway, wich has fascinating landscapes with its ice cold fjords and weather-beaten mountains.
When I was 28 years old I  moved to the Republic of San Marino in Italy. One of the oldest independent states in the world recognised  by its unique old towns and the 3 towers on the cliffs. 
So I've almost  lived  half of my life in the northern part of Europe and moved to the country farest down in Europe. It has been an interesting and inspiring journey.

I started about 15 years ago handcrafting and designing simple creations with swarovski crystals. Then I discovered  the amazing world of lampwork. It is a technique where gas and oxygynene create a perfect flame, which is used to mould glass. It's incredible how the glass can assume endless shapes. 

My first experience with lampwork was in Sorano in Tuscany in 2008.  I was  very lucky to have a talented and unique glassmaster, Mauro Puccetelli, as a teacher in the beautiful old Italian surroundings and villages.
After some years I took another class with the authentic and wonderful artist Elena Rosso.  At that time it was held in her Studio in the mysterious and  historical island Murano in Venice.  La mia città preferita. :)

Today I create my own beads with muranoglass, effetre and I fuse them with avventurina, silver and other techniques as well.  Avventurina is one of the most popular murano glass techniques known by it's special look  of sparkling particles captured inside translucent glass.
I use quality products as silver, gold filled silver,  fresh waterpearls, gems and semi precious stones. swarovski crystals and unique findings.  

I am inspired by our mother nature and all of her beings. In my creations i represent the love and the connection that i have with her.
Photography is my other passion and I am very lucky of being able to use it in my work as well. I see it as the final step of my creations to show the true colours and the energy that i put into my work hoping to find its right costumer.... Maybe it's you reading this. :)

I will continue to update this website on a regular basis, so you can see how I work and my personal space filled with my favorite items. I always let uplifting music play in the background. And candles... I just love them, I  always keep them "lit" with my water fountain on.  I adore to hear the sound of water. 
In my view, it's important to have a safe and warm environment to create from our hearts.
